President Mr. Talley, who has more than 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, began his career as an exploration geologist in 1980 with Champlin Petroleum (UPRC) and was promoted to offshore and onshore Gulf Coast Exploration Manager in 1990. From 1994 to 1997, he served as Joint Venture Manager/Explorationist for Tana Oil & Gas Company, out of Corpus Christi, Texas. From 1997 until February 2001, Mr. Talley served as Senior Explorationist for Basin Exploration Inc. in its Gulf Coast Division, until it was merged with Stone Energy in February 2001. At that time, Tana Exploration Company LLC was formed and Mr. Talley became President. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Oklahoma State University. Carl E. Tana is making 25% to 33% available on a promoted basis. Anticipated spud date will be late 4th quarter of 2011 or early 2012.
